ABOUT KATE WEST

Kate West is a single parent. As most single parents will tell you- this requires her to be a skilled multitasker and a quick-on-her feet problem solver. She knows how to compromise and she knows how to manage a budget.

Working full-time at Prototype Manufacturing Company has strengthened her ability to set realistic goals, meet expectations, and work within a deadline. All while providing for her child and community.

Working as a Community Organizer and member of Change for Concord allows her to come together with Concord community members to listen, be presented with new experiences/perspectives, and collaborate to create actionable plans for removing barriers and stimulating positive community change.
